exploring your relationship with death
how we see death
In the early years of our lives, we don’t think death will happen to us. Mid-life, we uncomfortably think about it occasionally, but it’s usually about our parent’s death. As we age we begin thinking about our own mortality.
In reality, death begins when we take our first breath. Its what we do in between that counts.
what a good death looks like
What do you want your final days to look like? Family by your side? Creating a life legacy? Tying up loose ends? Creating peace and a sense of control? Choosing comfort services?
We may not have control over when, but in many ways we can prepare ourselves and make it as beautiful and peaceful as possible.
